Bungee Bookmark with Heated Flower Ribbon

Another great project was posted today over at Craft Project Central. Here is a fabulous idea, created by Julie Edmonds. (Please, click on her name for a link to Julie's blog and leave her a sweet comment for this awesome idea!)
Here’s the perfect way to dress up a gift for Mother’s Day or for your favorite book lover!  The bungee bookmark stays put in your book so you never lose your place.  Just stretch the elastic band around the pages you’ve read and close your book!  Embellishing the Bungee Bookmark is limited only by your imagination!  The Heated Ribbon Flower adds an elegant touch to this bookmark!  Tutorial includes instructions for using your bookmark as a pretty bow for a gift package, and a beautiful matching card!

Head on over to Craft Project Central and subscribe to April for this great tutorial, along with 9 others. $10 for 10 great projects is a great deal! My project will be featured there later this month! Thanks for stopping by and have a HAPPY day today! :)

  2. This is such a great idea. I am always losing my book marks and end up using odd pieces of paper. I love this idea. Your flower is gorgeous.

  3. Thanks for posting this. I will be heading off to Craft Project Central. I need ideas like these since I always misplace my bookmarks and always end up dog-earring the page. :o) Can't wait to see your project at the end of the month~
